    It was the spring of 2002 and we were in Florence looking for dinner. As we shopped her <a href="http://www.beatriceyarnshop.com/htm/storia.htm#" target="_new">yarn shop</a>, Beatrice Galli recommended <a href="http://www.frommers.com/destinations/florence/D34470.html" target="_new">Il Latini</a> and called to make reservations for us. We met some great new firends laughed, drank, and ate ourselves silly. What's your story?

    It all seemed so normal as a kid: the relatives coming over for the big meal on Sunday, "Nanna" instead of "Grandma", and talking (and laughing, loudly) with your hands punctuating each statement. Talk about your memories of growing up this special way here.
